What We Do
We run full-funnel LinkedIn Ads for B2B SaaS companies, and we connect them to outbound so the two work off the same data rather than competing for the same budget.
In practice that means three things running together:
LinkedIn Ads. Thought leader ads at the top to build trust and frequency against a defined account list, 180-day retargeting through the middle, and conversion campaigns — conversation ads, lead gen forms, single image to dedicated landing pages — at the bottom. Most accounts we inherit have the top and the bottom and nothing in between.
Signal-based outbound. The people engaging with your ads are the warmest list you own, and almost nobody uses it. Website visitors, ad engagers, post commenters, profile viewers, new followers — enriched through Clay, checked against your ICP, and passed to outbound or straight to your SDRs with the context attached.
Founder and exec content. Ghostwritten LinkedIn content for the people whose names carry weight, built to run as thought leader ads rather than to collect likes.
Who We Work With
We are deliberately narrow. UK and EU B2B SaaS, plus US companies who want a UK-based team.
- Sales-led B2B SaaS with a real sales team, not self-serve product-led
- £3,000–£50,000 a month in LinkedIn ad spend
- £5,000 ACV and above, with sales cycles of three to nine months
- Concentrated in SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, martech, HR tech and developer tools
We are a bad fit if you are spending under about £2,000 a month, selling something transactional with a short cycle, or looking for someone to run LinkedIn as one line item in a fifteen-channel plan. LinkedIn rewards depth, and depth is the only thing we sell.
Why UK Companies Choose Us
Three ex-LinkedIn employees on the team
Omar Aboushady spent four years inside LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. Yasmin El-Deeb and Joanna Saunders both came from LinkedIn as well. That is three people who have seen the platform from the inside, on a team of eight. Most UK agencies have none. It matters most in the unglamorous places: knowing which Campaign Manager defaults are optimised for LinkedIn's revenue rather than yours, and why an account's historical performance follows it.
We report on landing page clicks, not clicks
This is the difference that changes numbers rather than adjectives. LinkedIn's headline clicks field counts likes, comments, shares and profile clicks alongside actual visits to your site. On thought leader ads the gap runs 3–10×. Most agencies report that field as traffic, which inflates click-through rate and understates cost per click by the same multiple.
Every number we report is calculated on landingPageClicks. Your first Kiin report will probably look worse than your last agency's. It will also be the first one that is true. We wrote up the full argument in what a good LinkedIn Ads CTR actually is.
We built our own tooling
Kiin operates its own LinkedIn Ads MCP server — 69 tools over the LinkedIn Marketing API that let us query live account data directly and benchmark against 1,000+ accounts. It is why an audit takes a minute rather than a morning, and why we can answer "how much did we waste on out-of-ICP titles last month" without three exports and a spreadsheet.
LinkedIn Agency Partner with API access
Partner status with Marketing API Standard tier. Roughly forty UK agencies hold partner status, so it is not unique — but combined with the API access it is what makes the tooling above possible.
Published pricing
Our fees are on the page below. Most UK agencies make you book a call to find out whether you can afford them. We think that wastes everyone's time.
What Is Different About Running LinkedIn Ads in the UK
Four things UK advertisers hit that the American playbooks do not mention.
Audience sizes are smaller, so frequency arrives faster. A tightly defined UK B2B SaaS audience might be 15,000–40,000 people, where the US equivalent is several hundred thousand. That is an advantage for account-based work and a trap for budget pacing: the same monthly spend that would be reasonable in the US will saturate a UK audience and drive frequency into double figures. Penetration and frequency need watching weekly, not monthly.
Job titles do not map cleanly. UK job titles run flatter and less standardised than US equivalents. "Head of" is a senior role in a UK company and often a mid-level one in an American org chart. Seniority filters trained on US conventions consistently mis-target in the UK, and it is a common source of demographic waste we find on inherited accounts.
Financial services promotions are regulated. If you are a UK fintech advertising anything that constitutes a financial promotion, FCA rules apply and LinkedIn's own verification requirements sit on top. This catches fintechs mid-campaign more often than it should.
Budget minimums bite harder in GBP. The commonly quoted figure is $5,000–$10,000 a month in media to gather enough data at $2–$3 a click. In sterling against a smaller audience, the practical floor for a genuine full-funnel test is around £3,000 a month in media, on top of management. Below that you are not running a strategy, you are running one campaign and hoping.
LinkedIn Ads Agency, Advertising Agency or Marketing Agency?
These get used interchangeably and they are not quite the same thing. Worth knowing which you are actually looking for, because it changes who you should shortlist.
A LinkedIn Ads agency (or LinkedIn advertising agency — same thing) runs paid campaigns in Campaign Manager. Targeting, creative, bidding, funnel structure, measurement. That is what Kiin is.
A LinkedIn marketing agency usually means something broader: organic company page content, employee advocacy, social selling, sometimes lead generation via outreach. Some do ads too, many do not do them well.
LinkedIn Ads management is the ongoing execution piece specifically, as distinct from a one-off strategy or setup project.
A LinkedIn Ads consultant or specialist is normally one person, advising or executing part-time. Cheaper, no holiday cover, and the right answer under about $3,000 a month in spend — we cover the tradeoff in agency vs in-house vs freelancer.
Kiin is a LinkedIn Ads agency that also runs signal-based outbound and founder content, because those three feed each other. We do not do organic company page management or employee advocacy programmes.
Where We Work in the UK
Remote-first from London, working with B2B SaaS companies across the UK. Geography matters far less than it used to for this work — what matters is whether the agency understands UK audience sizes and job title conventions.
London
Our base, at 167-169 Great Portland Street, W1W. London clients include Lead Forensics (Mayfair) and Sova Assessment (Pimlico). London audiences are small and heavily contested, so creative rotation and frequency management matter more here than anywhere else in the UK. Full detail on the London page.
Manchester and the North
Manchester is the largest UK B2B tech cluster outside London and we work with companies across the North West remotely. The practical difference from London is audience: a North-West-focused B2B audience is usually too small to target geographically at all, so we build from an account list instead.
Birmingham and the Midlands
Same approach. Midlands B2B SaaS audiences rarely justify geographic targeting on LinkedIn, and company-based targeting from a defined account list almost always outperforms it.
Edinburgh, Bristol, Cambridge and Oxford
Scotland's fintech cluster and the Cambridge and Oxford tech corridors produce the kind of company we work with. In every case we would target by company and job title rather than by city, because the audiences are too small to slice geographically without driving frequency into double figures.
How We Work
Weeks 1–2. We audit what exists using the eight-layer diagnostic, agree the ICP, and build the target account list. If you cannot name the companies you want as customers, we stop here and fix that first — everything downstream depends on it.
Weeks 3–6. Full funnel goes live. Thought leader ads against the account list, retargeting layers segmented by engagement depth, conversion campaigns underneath. Tracking gets rebuilt properly, because it is broken on roughly half the accounts we inherit.
Week 6 onward. Engagement data starts feeding outbound. This is where the compounding begins and it is why the first three months look different from month four.
Reporting is bi-weekly on a call, with a written monthly report. Every number is calculated on landing page clicks and, where a CRM is connected, tied to influenced pipeline rather than last-click leads.
Pricing
Three tiers, flat monthly management fee, ad spend separate. No setup fees, no long lock-ins, no line-item invoicing for every asset.
| Tier | Per month | For |
|---|---|---|
| LinkedIn Ads | $2,500 (~£1,900) | Teams already spending on LinkedIn and not getting pipeline from it |
| Full Paid Media | $5,500 (~£4,100) | LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta and Reddit — multi-channel teams with LinkedIn as the demand engine |
| Paid Media + GTM Outbound | $9,500 (~£7,100) | Teams wanting paid and outbound running off one dataset |
For context, LinkedIn ads agencies typically charge $3,000–$12,000 a month on a flat retainer, or 10–20% of ad spend. We charge flat deliberately: a percentage of spend pays your agency more for spending more, which is a poor incentive to hand someone managing your budget. Full detail on how agency fees work is in what a LinkedIn Ads agency costs.
Results and Clients
Across the client base: 1,700+ demos booked, $23M+ in pipeline, and an average 33× return on ad spend. Individual accounts vary considerably and anyone quoting you a single ROAS number as a promise is quoting an average, not a forecast.
Named clients include Lead Forensics, Sova Assessment, Giga Energy, Huq Industries, Credit Logic, MarketerHire and Fibbler.
Sam Burns, Head of Marketing at Giga Energy, on seven months of work: "They've 9x'd the number of deals in the pipeline directly from LinkedIn and Google."
Kirsty Dawe, CMO at Lead Forensics: "We launched LinkedIn, Google, and Meta together and are now exploring GTM outbound with them as well. It genuinely feels like they're part of the team."
The Team
Eight people, London-based, working across the UK, EU and US. Three came from LinkedIn. You can see who they all are on the about page — no account managers you meet once and never speak to again, and the person auditing your account is the person running it.
Kiin was founded by Phil Ilic, who has run LinkedIn Ads and nothing else for seven years across 200+ accounts.
