Disclosure and methodology
Kiin is on this list and publishes it. Every fact about another agency was read from that agency's own site on 18 September 2026; where something is not stated, the entry says so. Nothing here is paid placement.
Scored on: LinkedIn specialisation: the core offer, or one channel among many · measurement honesty: landing page clicks and pipeline, or LinkedIn's inflated total click figure · funnel coverage: a retargeting mid-funnel, or cold ads and demo requests · which adjacent channels (Google, Meta, Reddit, programmatic) and reporting standard it runs · pricing transparency · verifiable client results. Not scored on: size, awards, design.
Three kinds of LinkedIn ads agency
LinkedIn-only specialists (B2Linked, DowSocial, Linkads) run nothing else. Deepest platform knowledge; a second vendor if you need Google, Meta or outbound connected to the ad data. LinkedIn-first B2B agencies (Kiin, Impactable, Understory, YOYABA, Dapper, Searchlab) run LinkedIn as the demand engine with search, paid social and often outbound around it, reported as one pipeline number. Full-service performance agencies with a LinkedIn practice (Directive, Refine Labs, AdConversion, KlientBoost, GrowthSpree) run LinkedIn as one line of a larger programme, which suits companies spending six figures a month across channels and is the wrong shape for a Series A company spending $8,000 a month on LinkedIn. The list is ordered by depth of LinkedIn practice first, then by what surrounds it. Regional versions: UK, London, USA, Europe.
The agencies
1. Kiin — best for full-funnel LinkedIn ads for B2B SaaS, with the benchmark data and published pricing
Kiin is the agency that published the numbers every other entry on this page is held to: 91% of thought leader ad clicks never reach a landing page, brand awareness pays 49% more per engagement under 10,000 people, a demo form completes at 40% in a message ad and 2% in the feed. Programmes are built for sales-led SaaS, the team came out of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, every account is benchmarked against 1,000+ connected accounts through Kiin Intelligence, and the fee is a flat published number. Where we are the wrong choice: under about $3,000 a month in media, transactional products with short cycles, or a company that wants TikTok run by the same team.
Tradeoff: we wrote this list. Read the disclosure, check the method sections of the reports, and hold us to the numbers.
2. B2Linked — best for pure LinkedIn Ads specialism with the longest track record
The most established LinkedIn-only agency in the world, and the one whose founder most of the industry learned from. The pitch is waste reduction — targeting, bidding and campaign settings — with every strategy customised by senior local experts. Thought leader ads are run as part of the LinkedIn programme rather than as a separate product.
Tradeoff: LinkedIn only, so Google and Meta are someone else's job; the site lists two team members, so capacity is the question to ask.
3. Impactable — best for LinkedIn as the signals hub for a multi-channel B2B programme
Impactable runs LinkedIn as the place that reveals who is engaging, from which company, in what role, and feeds that into every other channel. Its published persona-level CTR and CPC bands (e.g. demand gen directors at 2.1–4.0% CTR, ~$3.40 CPC) are unusually specific. Thought leader ads sit inside the demand creation practice.
Tradeoff: no published pricing, and the Clutch score on the site (3.4) is worth reading the reviews behind.
4. Understory — best for paid media, GTM engineering and LinkedIn content run by one team
The "allbound" model: a paid strategist, a go-to-market engineer and a content writer share one dataset and one target list, so the LinkedIn ads warm the accounts the outbound then works. Understory has said publicly that answer-engine visibility became its largest lead source, and its client list is the strongest on this page for a small team. The HeyReach testimonial is the pointed one: "$50k with no ROI on LinkedIn ads" before Understory, three meetings booked with a fraction of that after.
Tradeoff: a six-month minimum and no published fee; the model needs the client to want outbound and content as well as media.
5. YOYABA — best for DACH and European B2B software at €10k+ monthly ad spend, paid media with creative production
One of the few European agencies that publishes its entry price and states its floor: €5M+ ARR, €10k+ a month in media. Case studies are specific — a thought leader ads strategy credited with 124+ deals for HubSpot DACH, +71% annual growth in new paying customers for Proof, and a signal-based outbound engine that doubled outbound SQLs in five months for Cognism. Creative production (lead designer, video producer) sits inside the team.
Tradeoff: the €10,000 a month fee floor plus €10k media makes it a €20k-a-month decision; mid-market European software is the sweet spot, not early-stage.
6. Directive — best for LinkedIn Ads inside a large US B2B performance agency
The biggest B2B-only performance agency on this page, with the R&D budget and vertical playbooks that come with 100 strategists. LinkedIn is run as part of a paid media programme alongside Google and programmatic, and the "pipeline not MQLs" positioning is the right one. The fit is a funded or public B2B company that wants scale and process.
Tradeoff: scale cuts both ways; a $10k-a-month LinkedIn account will not get the agency's best people.
7. Refine Labs — best for demand programmes for Series B+ B2B tech, with published tiers
The agency that made "demand gen not lead gen" a category, now with prices on the page so you can qualify yourself out. LinkedIn is the core paid channel in most of its programmes and the creative practice is in-house. The fit is a Series B+ company with a real paid budget and a demand strategy that is not working.
Tradeoff: a $14,000 a month starting fee before media rules out most sub-$20M ARR companies, by design.
8. AdConversion — best for B2B SaaS teams spending $25k+ a month who want media, creative and CRO priced by the line
The most transparent pricing page in the US LinkedIn agency market, and the only one that lets you buy media, creative and CRO as separate lines. The education arm means the team explains what it does, which suits an in-house marketer who wants to keep learning. The fit is a B2B SaaS company already at $25,000 a month in spend that wants a full performance stack rather than a LinkedIn specialist.
Tradeoff: the $8,600 starting fee is for $25k+ spend accounts; under that you are routed to the $2,500 AI-monitoring product, which is software plus coaching, not a managed account.
9. Dapper — best for European B2B demand generation with in-house content, creative and video
Dapper's "Niche Famous Framework" is a demand creation method — be constantly visible to a narrow ICP with content good enough to be remembered — paired with a demand capture practice for buyers already searching. The differentiator is scale of production: a 70-person team that builds the content, creative and video the channels need rather than briefing it out. Published results include a 200% increase in SQLs (OPP) and 350+ signups at $70 each (ReviewStudio).
Tradeoff: built for companies that want a full marketing engine, not a channel specialist; a LinkedIn-only or Google-only brief is the wrong fit, and no pricing is stated.
10. DowSocial — best for UK thought leader ads with published fixed prices and a training option
The only agency on this list that publishes fixed prices for getting thought leader ads live, and the only one offering to teach your team instead of running it. Its own line — "in B2B they almost always outperform company ads, and most agencies still are not running them" — matches the data. The fit is a company that wants the first campaign built properly and then run in-house.
Tradeoff: a small specialist; the managed retainer is on request, and the site does not publish client results.
11. Linkads — best for LinkedIn-only management in France with published monthly prices
The clearest French LinkedIn-only offer: a small senior collective, published prices, no percentage of media, and ABM targeting and founder ghostwriting as named services. The fit is a French or francophone B2B company that wants a specialist rather than a full-service agency.
Tradeoff: young (2023) and French-language first; an English-speaking team running pan-European campaigns should check who would work the account.
12. Searchlab — best for Dutch LinkedIn Ads with ABM audiences from the CRM and fixed prices
The Dutch entry that reads most like a LinkedIn practitioner: full-funnel structure (thought leader ads for awareness, sponsored content mid-funnel, lead gen forms and message ads for conversion), a CRM link so pipeline is reported rather than leads, and a page that tells you what not to expect. Fixed prices, though the numbers are on a call.
Tradeoff: Dutch-market first; the reviews and cases are domestic.
13. Sculpt — best for paid and organic LinkedIn under one B2B social team
The US agency to call when the question is "who runs our LinkedIn page and our LinkedIn ads so they stop contradicting each other". Creative is the strength, and B2B social is all it does. The fit is a mid-market or enterprise B2B brand that needs the organic and paid sides of LinkedIn built together.
Tradeoff: social-first, not pipeline-first; a company that only wants demand capture from LinkedIn ads will find the offer wider than it needs.
14. GrowthSpree — best for B2B SaaS demand gen across Google, LinkedIn and Meta with a flat monthly fee
GrowthSpree publishes unusually specific client numbers: Hubilo scaled from $20k to $250k a month in pipeline over 18 months with an 86% reduction in cost per result; Atomicwork built $750k of enterprise pipeline in a quarter through Google, LinkedIn and ABM; Rocketlane cut cost per demo 36%. In-house AI tooling (it mentions its own MCP servers) is part of the pitch.
Tradeoff: "best B2B SaaS marketing agency" is the site's own description of itself, and the flat fee is stated as a principle rather than a number.
15. Rampiq — best for LinkedIn pipeline programmes tied to AI-search visibility
Rampiq's LinkedIn position is that cold segments do not convert and warming comes first — the same finding as the thought leader ads data — and it pairs paid LinkedIn with getting the brand cited in AI answers. For a company that wants LinkedIn and answer-engine visibility from one team, it is a distinctive combination.
Tradeoff: no pricing, and the thought leader ads offer is inside a broader programme rather than a product.
16. KlientBoost — best for LinkedIn Ads with published starting fees and goal-based accountability
Unusually transparent for a US agency: the free plan comes with a fee against each recommendation, the Q2 goal-hit rate is published, and the LinkedIn playbook it gives away covers the right things (list-based targeting, frequency, thought leader ads, conversation ads). The fit is a growth-stage company that wants an accountable generalist across Google, LinkedIn and CRO.
Tradeoff: a large multi-channel agency; LinkedIn is one line on the plan, not the specialism.

What good looks like before you hire anyone
Any agency on this list will send a case study. Ask instead what its accounts look like against the platform. From Kiin Labs' 2026 studies of 464 thought leader ad accounts and 489 lead gen form advertisers:
| Metric (medians) | Value | Ask the agency |
|---|---|---|
| Landing page CTR, thought leader ads | 0.46% | "Do you report this, or total CTR?" |
| Share of TLA clicks that reach a landing page | 9% | "What happens to the other 91%?" |
| Cost per landing page click, TLA | $14.71 | "What is your median across accounts?" |
| CPM, thought leader ads | $65 | "How do you set bids?" (CPM explains 63% of cost per click) |
| True frequency vs reported | 9.5 vs 3.5 | "How do you measure frequency across campaigns?" |
| Lead gen form cost per lead | $164 content, $343 demo | "Which offer, and which form?" |
| Demo form completion, feed vs message ad | 2% vs 40% | "Where do you put the demo ask?" |
An agency that cannot engage with these numbers is reporting from Campaign Manager's default view, which is the view LinkedIn designed. Sources: Thought Leader Ads Benchmarks 2026, Lead Gen Forms Benchmarks 2026, the benchmarks page.
How to choose
- "Do you report clicks or landing page clicks?" If they do not immediately know the difference, everything they have ever reported has been inflated. The single most revealing question.
- "Show me a mid-funnel campaign you built." A retargeting layer segmented by engagement depth, or they build half a funnel.
- "Which objective, at what audience size?" Brand awareness only on cold audiences over 30,000; engagement everywhere else. An agency that cannot say why is guessing.
- "What else do you run, and does it report into the same number?" Google, Meta, Reddit, programmatic and outbound in one pipeline figure, or five dashboards.
- "Is the fee flat, and is it published?" Six agencies on this page publish prices or tiers. Percentage-of-spend fees reward spending.
- "Where does my account sit in your book?" Refine Labs starts at $14,000 a month; Kiin at $2,500; AdConversion wants $25,000 in spend. Each is honest about who it is for.
